The primary goal of Rev. Fr. Vincenzo Ida Children's Home Inc., (RFVICHI) is to aid and support those less fortunate children like the foundling, abandoned, orphaned, surrendered and neglected. The management will work hard to provide the basic needs of the children with residential services, training and educational support, medical, some social intervention such as emotional and psychological needs and care.

Provision of the basic daily needs of the children, such as comfortable shelter, balanced nutritious foods, comfortable clean and sanitary clothing, and health and medical needs. The home is 24/7/30/365 residential care that will provide protection, support, and assistance to the children in all their activities of daily living.
RFVICHI will also serve as a great experience for the children to enjoy their childhood, where they will be given time for play and recreation. Further, the home will encourage the teaching of the values of honesty, obedience, self-reliance, and being responsible through individual responsibilities for the upkeep of their personal spaces and shared areas, as well as participation in group activities and decision-making processes.
The ultimate goal is to equip the children with the necessary skills and values to become self-sufficient and productive members of society. Cleaning, good grooming, washing clothes, and doing chores. The children will also be provided with educational opportunities and vocational training to prepare them for their future careers. RFVICHI aims to create a nurturing environment that promotes the holistic development of the children, including their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Each child admitted into care is trained based on their readiness, capability and age.
